The Institute publishes long-form documentary volumes, maintains a research library of primary records under permanent RL identifiers, and provides a structured gateway to court records relevant to institutional accountability.

An Academy translates the archive into structured learning pathways. OUBAS TV extends the archive into documentary media. A Resource Centre supplies the practical templates, guides, and calculators used across the platform. Every printed publication carries QR codes that resolve — through the Digital Companion Engine — into a permanent, managed companion page.

The Institute is governed by a board of trustees under a constitutional charter and administered through the OUBAS Educational Trust. Contact pathways are available for researchers, learners, litigants, contributors, and members of the public.
