This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy from Mbuso Dlamini, trading as OUBAS Institute, a sole proprietorship based in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
No physical goods
OUBAS does not sell, ship or deliver any physical item. There are no shipping charges, no couriers, no tracking numbers and no delivery addresses. All products are digital files or digital access rights.
What is delivered, and how

Order confirmation
On successful payment you are returned to an OUBAS confirmation page showing your order reference and access link. Paddle separately emails a payment receipt and tax invoice to the email address used at checkout. Keep the order reference — support requests are resolved fastest with it.
Download links and re-issue
Download links are private and expire after a short period for security. Expiry does not affect your licence: if a link expires or a download fails, email enquiries@oubas.org with your order reference and we will re-issue a fresh link at no charge. Streaming and subscription access remain available on the site for the licensed period.
If delivery fails
If you do not receive access within one hour of payment, first check the spam or promotions folder of the email address used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact enquiries@oubas.org or call +27 82 606 0492. We respond within two business days and will either restore access or, where we cannot deliver the product, arrange a full refund under the refund and cancellation policy.
Technical requirements
A current web browser and an internet connection are required. PDFs open in any standard reader; audio files play in any standard audio player; streaming titles play in the browser. No proprietary software or hardware is required.
Licence and restrictions
Delivered products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale, sharing of download links or public performance is not permitted.
