By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. Content is provided for educational, research, and public information purposes only. Who you are contracting with

This website and its products are owned and supplied by Mbuso Dlamini, trading as OUBAS Institute, a sole proprietorship based in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa. The business address is 30 Springhill Road, River Club Ext 24, Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng 2149, Republic of South Africa. Enquiries may be sent to enquiries@oubas.org or +27 82 606 0492.

Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — including digital publications, membership subscriptions, and film and cartoon access. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to payment and handles returns of payment.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or equivalent charge that Paddle is required to collect in your jurisdiction. The final amount payable, including any such tax, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Your payment card statement will show a charge from Paddle rather than from OUBAS.

Delivery of digital products

Digital publications are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, by way of a secure, time-limited download link shown on the confirmation page and available from your order record. Membership subscriptions and streaming access are activated as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date through the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to admin.books@oubas.org. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent access controls, resell or redistribute purchased material, or reproduce copyrighted material without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
