A permanent, integrated archive of institutional memory — scholarly, documentary, judicial, and educational — in the service of accountability, truth, and legacy.

Mission

To educate the public through rigorously sourced material; to document institutional life with permanent identifiers and transparent metadata; to preserve records for citation across generations; and to inspire civic understanding of the structures that shape public life.
