Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment enquiries and returns of payment. Your card or bank statement will show a charge from Paddle, not from OUBAS.

Currency and tax
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Any VAT, sales tax or equivalent charge shown at checkout is calculated, collected, declared and remitted by Paddle.com Market Ltd under Paddle’s own tax registrations, in its capacity as Merchant of Record. OUBAS is not registered for VAT and does not charge, collect or receive any VAT on these sales. The final amount payable is shown before you confirm the purchase, and a tax-compliant invoice is issued by Paddle and is also available from your OUBAS order record.
Delivery and fulfilment
All products are digital and delivered electronically, immediately on payment confirmation. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charges apply. Full details, including link expiry, re-issue and failed-delivery handling, are on the delivery and fulfilment policy page.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital purchases may be refunded within 14 days where the product is faulty, was not delivered, or was bought in error and has not been substantially consumed. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active to the end of the paid period. Full terms are on the refund and cancellation policy page. Requests may be sent to enquiries@oubas.org or direct to Paddle.

Restrictions
Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale or public performance is not permitted. We do not sell physical goods, financial products, regulated advice, or access to any third-party service.
